Qualifications and awards:

I hold a diploma and an advanced diploma in Hotel, Tourism, Catering and Travel Agency Management from West London College and have experience with training and developing new debt consultants and ensuring a swift response to any customer problems.

I have also won a few awards over the years, including:

• “Best Insurance Trainer of the Year”
• “Top Training Consultant of the Year” (two years in a row)
• Thomas Charles Debt Consultant of the year 2007 and 2006
